Malleus is an artistic and graphic rock devoted power-trio from Italy. Malleus has reached its natural expression creating handmade limited edition silkscreened posters for celebrating gigs and events, raising the visual side of Music to an Art level.

The trio is definitely participating in their own ongoing study of the female form with roots in mythology, folklore, Renaissance, Symbolism, Neoclassical period, continuing all the way up to the modern, postmodern and contemporary periods. The idea of the Muse, that has not been lost as long as history has been history, is the fulcrum of Malleus poetics and aesthetics.

Malleus creative process involves different instruments and methods, but the manual art gesture remains his main cardinal point.

Several of his works have been included in 'The Art of Modern Rock', the gig poster bible by Paul Grushkin and Dennis King.
